Sandra is a Registered Reiki Teacher and Practitioner trained in the Unified System of Reiki and has been a Reiki Master since 2004. Sandra is also a Registered Jin Shin Do® Acupressurist, as well as a Practitioner of Hand and Foot Reflexology, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage and Sound Healing with Acutonics® tuning forks.

Sandra is a past President of the Reflexology Association of BC , and has been active in alternative health and wellness community events for several years.

The Canadian Reiki Association, the Reflexology Association of BC, the Jin Shin Do® Foundation and the British Columbia Acupressure Therapists Association , and is committed to upholding the high standards and the code of ethics as defined by these organizations.
